Nothing. You need no account, neither do your guests, and nobody leaves payment details. Whoever prints a booklet pays for their own paper.
You know your course better than any map. A rebuilt hole is changed in OpenStreetMap in a few minutes and is on your course page the next day. Reporting it needs no account, straight from the hole.
No. You put the code up and you take it down again whenever you want, and you do not even have to tell us. There is nothing to sign and nothing to cancel.
Your course page: the course map, three holes drawn with every distance, plus par, length and stroke index. One click further the whole facility sits in the app, and from there your guest prints their booklet without signing in.

facility, not one of the courses on it. That is how we know which item
belongs to you.We do the rest: we fetch the file and put it on your course page, on the cover of the booklet and in the app, with the licence and the author next to it. We look at every logo first, because that field is open for anyone to edit. So it does not show up the same day.
Too much hassle? Send the logo to clubs@openyardage.com and tell us we may use it. Then we take it from there.
