They are not an official course document of the golf club and not an official course specification. For third-party content we are responsible under the general laws only once we have knowledge of a specific infringement of rights. The hole diagrams are produced from data from OpenStreetMap. This data is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL); the contributors are named there. Depending on the view, aerial imagery comes from the surveying authorities of the German federal states or from Esri; the respective source is shown in the map.
